The first few companies I started created lots of fear about “what’s next?” I paid tens of thousands of dollars to consultants who said they would ease my pain. All they did was add more stress by emptying my bank account..

After some successes and failures I realized my value wasn’t in  building my own brands but in supporting others.

Throughout my career I’ve found my passion- creating your vision into reality. You may want more sales, more profits, better customer support, faster order deliveries, less returns, a new application to streamline processes.

I approach each challenge with the strategic vision and tactical execution of a project. My training in Total Quality Management, Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies provides a strong fundamental foundation, but what really drives the success of the projects is the innate ability and vast experience to combine the knowledge of operating a business and knowing the fastest path to success.

Defining the tasks, or sprints, creating the most cost effective value is key. Knowing how to extract the real expectations into simple language is a master level skill.

To live your dream you have two choices: 1) Learn along the ways and hope the competitions doesn’t blow you away; or 2) Engage experience to take years off your path.
